Inspection and conversation
We start by understanding the project, concerns and goals. The existing roof or construction plans are reviewed so visible conditions and important details can be identified before a recommendation is made.
Scope and material decisions
The proposed work should state what is being addressed and the roofing system being considered. This is the time to discuss shingle type, color, related details, project access and what to expect during installation.
Installation and closeout
The work area is prepared, roofing components are installed in sequence and the site is cleaned as the project progresses. A final review closes the loop and provides an opportunity to discuss the completed roof.
Common questions
Questions about our roofing process
Is every roofing project the same?
No. Roof geometry, condition, access, weather, materials and project scope affect the sequence and timing.
When do I choose a shingle color?
Material and color decisions should be finalized before ordering and installation, after you have reviewed the available options and how they fit the home.
